We now offer online payments for your utility bill! Please have your water bill balance ready. For security reasons, you are not able to look up your water account. You may call City Hall at (620)437-2556 and ask for your balance. You may also pay over the phone if you prefer. There is also a small service fee for using your card over the phone or online. The City of Madison does not collect this fee, it goes straight to our payment services. Thank you.

Please note that an email address is also required for online payments. When making a payment, please provide the name on your water account under the "Full Name" section on the first step.
